The project was completed at the final stage of completion of the main building of the Vinnytsia City Clinical Hospital of Ambulance on the street. Kyivska, 68.
The first stage - design and installation work to create a transport network for high-speed transmission of medical and audio-video data. The designed and built optical segment of the SCS of the hospital allows the simultaneous transmission of 4 streams of images and video of high distribution quality in 4K format without compression.
The second stage is the design of a system for displaying, recording, storing and exchanging video, audio and other medical data between operating rooms, server and external facilities based on a unified end-to-end platform for connecting and automating CX-PRIME. This platform for the integration of operating rooms does not depend on the manufacturer of medical equipment, collects surgical data from various sources and centralizes them in a single local network of the hospital. The stage was carried out directly under the guidance of engineers from the system developer caresyntax (Germany).
The third stage - supply and installation of equipment with protection class IP65 from dust and moisture within the operating room in the form of monitors integrated into clean walls and suspensions, ceiling cameras and cameras built into operating lights, decoders and encoders, universal sockets for connection mobile devices and other devices. The brains of the system are specialized servers mounted in the cabinets of the new server for the operation of viewing and control stations, with software integration system of video / audio and medical data, video recording and medical accounting systems, patient information systems, audiovisual medical data output systems. A separate server and a set of necessary equipment are used for each operating room.
The fourth stage - commissioning, including: software installation, integration of CX-PRIME with the information system of the hospital "Doctor Elex" and the hospital archive PACS, implementation of a secure platform for video conferencing, both within the local network of the hospital and the global network.
The fifth stage is testing the operation of both individual elements of the system and the system as a whole, including the scenarios of emergency shutdown of the hospital during the operation, and automatic switching to work from a backup source.
Finally, the last sixth stage is the training of surgical teams that will directly operate and use CX-PRIME.
All stages 3 to 6 were also performed under the direction of the Chief Engineer of caresyntax directly on site.
The project is over: the end of 2021.
