Task: to create a modern department of pathology of pregnancy, an operating unit with postoperative wards that incorporate innovative technologies and modern medical (technological) equipment to provide highly specialized care.

Design at the stage «Working project» on the 3rd floor with two operating rooms, a preoperative room, an express sterilization department, an express laboratory, postoperative wards with airlocks with 1 or 2 beds, a toilet and a shower in each ward, a sanitary inspection room, airlock entries and other technological premises. The design has been fully performed using BIM-technologies in Autodesk Revit, which minimizes the errors of integration of the designed engineering systems on the 3rd and technical floors where the equipment of medical gas supply, ventilation, air conditioning and smoke removal stations with existing engineering networks will be located.

The design of all major premises and export of the Revit model in 3ds Max have been developed.
